ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency on 1/1/2026 and we’ve already built a strong team of five who are excited about growing together. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained experience in retirement services and leadership — which shaped my passion for helping people plan ahead, protect what matters, and feel confident about their future.

I have a degree in Education and I’m also a proud parent of eight, so supporting families and building a positive, encouraging environment comes naturally. Giving back is important to our agency as well, and we love staying connected to the community by supporting local schools.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tonya Springer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
