Responsibilities Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing. Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success daily. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $40,000 - $80,000 per year Simple IRA Commission plus bonus Valuable experience Requirements Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent interpersonal skills People-oriented and self-motivated Bilingual in Spanish required If you are motivated to succeed and see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
