Participation in the Program is not a guarantee of continued or permanent employment.If you do not meet the Manheim Apprentice Program completion standards by the end of the 12 weeks, you will be exited from the Program and will not be offered a full-time General Service Technician role.What You'll Do: You'll get your hands dirty learning the ins and outs of the automotive technician field. With guidance, you'll develop new skills to add to your growing toolbox.Work with a mentor technician for coaching and guidance.Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices.Perform basic auto maintenance tech duties, including oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush, and vehicle inspection.Learn to safely use tools and equipment.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Work as part of a team in a fast-paced shop.Perform other duties as assigned by mentor, supervisor, or manager.Who You Are: You love working with your hands and your mind.
