Position Details Schedule: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM Hours: 32–40 hours per week Availability: Weekend availability required Start Timeline: We are looking to fill this position before mid-May What You’ll Do As an Opening Cook at The Gnoshery, you’ll play a key role in daily kitchen operations, including: Opening Kitchen Operations: Setting up the kitchen for daily service, prepping ingredients, and ensuring readiness for breakfast and lunch. Food Preparation & Execution: Preparing and plating menu items with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and presentation. Attention to Detail: Following recipes and procedures precisely to maintain high standards across all dishes. Cleanliness & Food Safety: Maintaining a clean, organized workspace while adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards. Customer Interaction: Delivering food to guests and contributing to a positive, welcoming dining experience. Team Collaboration: Working closely with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and shared success.
