Regional Clinical Sales Specialist - Scottsdale, AZ - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist for the Scottsdale, Arizona territory to support orthopedic surgical operations. The role involves providing clinical and technical expertise in hospitals and operating rooms, managing equipment logistics, and advancing sales of DePuy Synthes orthopedic products.

Responsibilities

• Independently support surgeons in operating rooms with clinical and technical expertise on orthopedic cases
• Serve as sole company representative ensuring equipment availability, functionality, and proper billing/purchase order management
• Troubleshoot issues, respond to physician needs, and handle hospital billing and purchase order processes
• Track, maintain, and deploy equipment and assets throughout assigned area to ensure product availability
• Share customer insights, procedural data, and marketplace intelligence with sales and clinical teams to support growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree plus 2+ years professional experience, or 4+ years professional experience
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to relocate to assigned geographic region
• Willingness to travel frequently within U.S., including overnight and weekend trips
• Ability to work in operating room and laboratory environments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Functional knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and basic surgical concepts
• Experience with data analysis and independent, autonomous work
