Compliance Asset Manager: Affordable Housing Portfolio
Washington Department of Natural Resources
The Department of Commerce, Housing Division, is seeking a Compliance Asset Manager (COM3) to lead HTF/HOME/NHTF project compliance statewide. You will perform on-site and desk reviews, coordinate with project owners and property managers, and provide technical guidance to ensure program requirements are met. You will also refine asset management processes, train contractors on standards, and stay current on UPCS/NSPIRE. #J-18808-Ljbffr Washington Department of Natural Resources
