Strategic Housing Compliance Asset Manager

Washington State Department of Commerce is seeking a Compliance Asset Manager (COM3) within the Housing Division to oversee HTF/HOME/NHTF portfolio compliance, monitoring, and reporting activities across Washington state. The role includes providing technical support on WBARS, refining asset management processes, and interfacing with project owners, property managers, and internal/external partners.
