Concrete Foreman

Now Hiring: Concrete Foreman Karvo Companies is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. If you're a proven leader with experience in heavy civil concrete construction and enjoy leading crews, coordinating daily operations, and delivering quality work safely, we want to hear from you. As a Concrete Foreman, you'll oversee field crews on a variety of projects, including roadways, bridges, sidewalks, curbs, and other concrete infrastructure throughout Ohio. What You'll Do Lead and supervise concrete crews on heavy civil construction projects. Coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule. Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and grade stakes. Oversee forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing concrete. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials. Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on every job site. Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors. Mentor and develop crew members while maintaining a productive work environment. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a concrete leadership role. Experience with heavy civil, roadway, bridge, or site concrete construction. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read construction plans and specifications. Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, forming, and grading.
