We are looking for a seasoned Technical Solutions Architect with a deep understand of modern application development and a passion for driving digital transformation in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical design and architecture of complex solutions that align with our telecom customers' business objectives, leveraging latest trends in technology and industry best practices

ABOUT THE TEAM

You will be part of the Digital Engineering Services team at iOPEX which looks for vibrant individuals who share the common values of Intrapreneurship, Customer Focus, Integrity, and Transparency, which we call as the "iOPEX Code".

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and highly available solutions for telecom


customers. Utilize modern app development frameworks, microservices, and cloud-native architecture


to support digital transformation initiatives.


2. Provide technical direction and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements


gathering and design to implementation, deployment, and maintenance.


3. Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical


requirements. Recommend best-fit solutions and lead workshops, technical meetings, and architecture


reviews.


4. Develop technical roadmaps, blueprints, and strategic plans that align with the customer's digital


transformation goals, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and future scalability.


5. Work in close collaboration with internal teams (sales, developers, project managers) and client


stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions. Lead the technical team, ensuring best


practices are followed.


6. Identify technical risks and design mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to security standards and


compliance requirements.


7. Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, technical specifications, and solution


diagrams for both internal and client use.

Key Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or senior software engineering


roles, with a focus on modern application development and digital transformation.


2. Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, Go) and modern development


frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).


3. Expertise in designing and implementing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architecture.


4. Strong understanding of telecom industry standards, protocols, and systems (e.g., 5G, LTE, VoIP,


OSS/BSS).


5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical


concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong stakeholder management skills.


6. Proven ability to analyze complex problems, design innovative solutions, and guide teams in the


execution of technical strategies.


7. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD tools


(Jenkins, GitLab), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring solutions.
