About The Job The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,650 - $222,000 +15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Define comprehensive business strategies by performing in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes to solve complex challenges and drive growth. Synthesize actionable insights from sophisticated business modeling and data analysis to develop hypotheses and inform strategic recommendations for leadership. Lead the successful implementation of large-scale change initiatives by creating actionable plans, defining project scope, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders. Design and manage operational cadences, processes, and programs to establish strong business rigor and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations and strategic narratives to influence executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for recommended courses of action. Cultivate trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to champion business objectives and ensure collaborative execution on critical programs.
