We are seeking a compassionate, confident, emotionally intelligent Intake Specialist who can connect with people in both crisis and planning moments — and confidently guide them toward the next step. We are looking for a high-performing bilingual intake specialist to handle calls during regular business hours. We want closers, not order-takers. And you can work from home or wherever you choose.

• 25–29 consults: +$150

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries

• Conduct structured legal intake interviews with professionalism and warmth

• Gather detailed, accurate information regarding family law, estate planning, or probate matters

• Confidently explain our services and fee structure

• Handle pricing objections with composure

• Persist in multi-channel follow-up

• Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations

• Maintain organized, thorough CRM documentation

• Interact with terrific team members

• Protect confidentiality and uphold ethical boundaries

• Make a positive impact on our firm's growth

This role requires emotional intelligence for family law and probate matters — and clarity and confidence for estate planning consultations.

Ideal Background

• 2+ years in intake, sales, or high-touch client service

• Experience in consultative or high-ticket sales preferred

• Experience in family law, estate planning, or probate is a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Strong written communication skills for follow-up texts/emails

• Tech-comfortable (CRM, scheduling tools, VOIP systems)
