Work Location: Nebraska Furniture Mart 4 - The Colony, TX 75056 Job Type: Regular Overview Become a Meta Sales Specialist! Shape the Future of Wearable Tech! Pay: $20 per hour + weekly, monthly, quarterly contests and spiffs. Shift: 6-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, total 12 hours per weekend. Flexible times: 11 AM – 5 PM or 12 PM – 6 PM each day. Holiday schedule: additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. About The Role As a part-time Meta Sales Specialist at Nebraska Furniture Mart, you’ll connect directly with customers to create engaging, informative shopping experiences centered around Meta’s innovative technology and wearables. Represent the Meta brand on the sales floor, build strong relationships with retail leadership and associates, deliver product training, and confidently recommend solutions that meet each shopper’s needs. Drive sales by showcasing the value of Meta products while working independently and with energy. Tech Savvy and Organized: Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports using mobile device. Consistent Weekend Visits: Schedule primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. Foster positive partner field and store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments and adhering to operational policies while representing 2020 companies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred. Interest in AV and VR products is a plus. Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale is necessary. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts is required. Own a smartphone with iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 operating system. Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab – up to 20 lbs occasionally; accommodations may be made.
