AppleOne has partner with a thriving personal care manufacture in Ontario, CA to assist them in hiring a Project Coordinator to join their team.

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Ontario, CA (100% onsite)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $24-$29 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project execution by tracking progress, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring all project details are documented and aligned. This individual will act as a central hub for information, helping teams stay organized, informed, and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in keeping projects on track from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Track project status, milestones, and variances to ensure timely delivery
Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor project workflows within the project management platform (Monday.com)
Compile feedback, approvals, and updates from multiple stakeholders to keep projects progressing
Identify potential risks or issues early and escalate to appropriate team members

Qualifications
2+ years of recent experience in project coordination or project management within Manufacturing and/or production industry
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Self-motivated, resourceful, and team-oriented
Experience with Monday.com or similar Project Management software is a plus
