About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Consumer Product to lead the definition and execution of its enterprise consumer digital product strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the product roadmap architecture, user experience, and commercial performance across all consumer digital surfaces. This role is pivotal in transforming the company's digital touchpoints into a dynamic growth engine, enhancing the way guests interact with the gaming, hospitality, and entertainment portfolio. The SVP will have executive oversight of core product management, UX design and research, and product analytics, and will work in close partnership with engineering, marketing, loyalty, revenue management, and property operations to create a seamless, end-to-end guest journey. Key responsibilities for the SVP include leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary organization, defining product vision and roadmaps, and establishing commercial performance targets. The role also involves prioritizing AI and machine learning investments, scaling a conversion rate optimization engine, and ensuring a modern product operating system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to balance immediate revenue opportunities with long-term strategic capabilities. Collaboration with executive leadership across various functions is essential to eliminate operational silos and co-own enterprise growth targets. The SVP will be expected to establish and track operational KPIs, and reporting cadences to measure product health, velocity, and commercial impact.
