Contract | Days (07:00–19:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring and postpartum patients throughout the Labor and Delivery unit
• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor, delivery, and recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• May be reassigned to an open shift later in the week or floated to another unit or care site within the health system to maintain contracted hours based on operational need

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact eligibility
• Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
• Ability to float to other units or care sites within the health system as needed
• Flexibility to adapt to staffing adjustments based on operational needs — expected hours are not guaranteed and may vary

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume Labor and Delivery setting
• Fetal monitoring certification (EFM) preferred
• Experience working within a large health system environment
