Location: Kent, WA 98030 Role Overview The Productions Manager supports the State Farm agent’s office by coordinating activity goals, assisting with marketing initiatives, and tracking business production results across multiple product lines. MUST already be fully licensed in P&C + L&H. Responsibilities Monitor and report on production metrics. Coordinate lead follow-up and customer communications. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Assist with internal goal-setting and tracking. Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency. Qualifications Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or operations helpful. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses. Needs to have at least 3 years of sales experience. Must be fully licensed in P&C + L&H.
