Job Details This is a per diem position Friday and Saturday Nights 11PM-7AM The General Maintenance Technician supports hospital operations by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility systems. - Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Monitor and work with the Building Management System (BMS)
- Replace belts on air handling units
- Clear drains and replace filters
- Assist with snow removal and general facility maintenance
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-4 years of maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and power plant operations
- Valid driver's license
