Case Managers - Family Empowerment Program Now Hiring: Case Manager — Family Empowerment Program Employer: Glade Run Lutheran Services Location: Full-time position covering Armstrong, Butler & Lawrence Counties; part-time openings also available in Armstrong, Butler & Lawrence Counties Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time About the Program The Family Empowerment Program is a comprehensive, family-centered continuum of care designed to strengthen families, ensure child safety, and promote long-term stability. By providing a range of intensive support—including supportive housing, in-home case management, family reunification, and collaborative decision-making,the program empowers families to overcome barriers, build resilience, and reduce reliance on formal external interventions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required, with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, criminal justice, criminology, theology, nursing, counseling, education, or other related social science or human services field. Minimum of two years of post‑secondary education or equivalent professional experience in a human services setting. Minimum of two years of direct service or case management experience within a community-based, mental health, child welfare, or family support program. Must have a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and access to reliable transportation.
