Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee core accounting activities while transitioning from shared services to an internally built accounting department.
• Coordinate with the external CPA firm to ensure accurate day to day bookkeeping and financial record management.
• Manage human resources operations by developing HR policies, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
• Establish an internal payroll function by creating processes, schedules, and documentation for ongoing payroll administration.
• Supervise office management tasks by maintaining efficient administrative operations and supporting organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities to balance accounting, HR, and office administration responsibilities.
• Communicate clearly in both Korean and English to support employees, leadership, and external partners.
• Manage workflow effectively while supporting the development of new internal processes and policies.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally across all business functions.
• Adapt quickly in a growing environment while maintaining accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and human resources functions.
• Understand HR policies and employment practices and apply them effectively in day to day operations.
• Use QuickBooks and general accounting principles to support financial activities.
• Develop HR policies and internal procedures that support a growing organization.
• Establish payroll systems and office management processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
