Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contact Center Agent to join their client, Delta Electronics (Americas) Ltd., at their Eastvale, CA office. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training, making it an excellent opportunity for recent high school graduates or individuals with an Associate degree who are eager to launch their career in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and gather customer information efficiently.
• Verify customer details and assess eligibility based on specific requirements.
• Follow detailed troubleshooting guides to assist callers with installations and service requests.
• Provide effective solutions and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Explain procedures clearly and answer customer questions thoroughly.
• Maintain organized and detailed notes to ensure seamless follow-up and record-keeping.
• Adhere to quality standards and company guidelines to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in product training sessions and stay current on new product offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possess strong customer service skills and a positive demeanor.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes with professionalism.
• Demonstrates technical troubleshooting aptitude.
• Exhibits strong note-taking and documentation skills.
• Proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Reliable and quick to learn new products and procedures.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position, though candidates with relevant experience and skills will be considered favorably.

Work Hours

The Contact Center Agent will work a schedule from Monday to Friday, during first shift hours.

9:00 am-6:00pm M-F

Benefits

Ultimate Staffing Services offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour. This position is located at the Eastvale office, with minimal travel required (around 0% travel time).
