We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare Of East King County in Kent, Washington. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in their homes. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily living activities such as toileting, meal preparation, and medication management
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, including assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
