We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare Of East King County in Kent, Washington. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in their homes. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting with daily living activities such as toileting, meal preparation, and medication management
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, including assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
