Medical Director, Adult Primary Care and Geriatrics

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Medical Director - Adult Primary Care and Geriatrics to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health . South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital which provides emergency care, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the‑art surgical services. Opportunity Details Serve as the direct supervisor, provide clinical guidance, and complete performance evaluations for clinical staff. Direct, evaluate, and supervise all aspects of the following Departments: Adult Primary Care, Geriatrics, Same Day, Weight Management, and IDA G Family Medicine. Provide direct patient care and precept Residents in Resident practice. Collaborate with the Medicine Residency Program Directors to ensure an optimal continuity clinic experience for Medicine Residents. Develop and lead Departmental performance improvement activities. Coordinate closely with ambulatory nursing and administrative leadership.
