What You'll Do

Support & Engage Policyholders

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Build relationships by providing professional, responsive customer service

• Learn about each client's needs and provide personalized guidance

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options

• Answer questions regarding coverage and policy information

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Assist existing policyholders with policy reviews and beneficiary updates

• Provide ongoing service and follow-up support

• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation

• Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements

This role combines customer service, client engagement, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales in a fully virtual environment.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be physically located within the United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have reliable high-speed internet

• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
