Schneider Deli   has opened our second location in   Lincoln Park , and we are looking for committed, enthusiastic hospitality professionals to add to our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are prioritizing applicants with full-time availability   who want to learn and grow with us for the long haul!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently to Schneider standards
• Execute service with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned station throughout service
• Follow all recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the line and prep areas
• Communicate clearly with teammates and front-of-house staff
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Assist with prep, opening, and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Shifts vary based on business needs
