Human Resources Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist (Contract-to-Hire) Compensation: $75,000 – $80,000 annually (DOE) About the Role We are partnering with a growing organization in Laguna Beach to identify a hands‑on HR Generalist for a contract‑to‑hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in the day‑to‑day functions of HR and can quickly step in to support a team with minimal training. You’ll play a key role in supporting employees, maintaining HR processes, and ensuring compliance.
