We are seeking a dedicated and capable Medical Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative needs of providers within a team structure. Our interventional pain management providers work with patients to provide injection procedures; this is not a pain medication program. Your duties will include optimizing the patient experience and ensuring the needs of your providers are met by proactively identifying areas of improvement. Critical thinking, active communication, a high level of detail orientation, and respectful collaboration with patients, physicians and staff are essential for success.

Educational and Experience Required

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in medical office or equivalent; 3 to 5 years physician secretarial experience preferred
