Desktop Support Specialist

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in IT support, inventory, or field-based roles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow structured processes Comfortable working onsite and walking for extended periods Basic familiarity with computer hardware and peripherals / understanding of basic IT hardware (desktops, printers, peripherals) Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience working in healthcare or hospital environments Prior involvement in inventory, asset tracking, or deployment projects Familiarity with tools such as Excel, ServiceNow, or ticketing systems Certifications such as: CompTIA A+ CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) Experience working in large facilities or multi-building environments Job Description Walk hospital floors and departments to locate IT equipment Identify devices such as: Desktops, laptops, monitors Workstations on Wheels (WOWs) Printers and peripherals Document device presence in Excel or tracking tools Follow structured checklists and daily assignments #J-18808-Ljbffr
