• Work in tandem with radiologists and referring doctors to deliver precise diagnostic images
• Utilize and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any malfunctions
• Document procedures meticulously and uphold patient records within the electronic medical system
• Remain updated on advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and industry standards

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
