Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Yonkers, NY. In this role, you will primarily work in our center environment while providing home-based services as needed. You will design, implement, and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and therapy staff
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and modify programs accordingly
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide parent and caregiver training and support
• Complete clinical documentation in compliance with BACB and company standards
• Conduct home visits as clinically indicated

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• An active New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license is required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical, supervisory, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
