Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a direct clinician, providing assessment and therapy, both virtually and in community settings, for clients facing psychological challenges in hospice care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring aligned access to essential services that support the client's overall wellness.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to identify immediate needs and arrange for more comprehensive assessments as necessary.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions, which may include individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on empowerment and choice.

• Monitor client progress, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to adjust treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.

• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring consistent support through regular check-ins and updates on client status.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and adopt best practices for service delivery.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours to assist with crisis situations.

• Document and report on client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
