Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients' mental health histories, concerns, support systems, and personal strengths.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-integrated approaches.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs, establishing measurable goals and interventions that drive progress.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical professionals, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to enhance coping strategies and resilience among clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the highest level of care is reflected.

In this role, you will primarily support individuals and families navigating the emotional complexities associated with end-of-life care within the hospice setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
