Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Their role is to go beyond the bar itself and take ownership of guest service more broadly and do what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to make the bar look and function flawlessly.Your specific duties in this role will include:Perform opening and closing sidework per checklists.Greet customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding drinks and menu items.Take drink orders from customers or Servers. Prepare cocktails in accordance with standard beverage recipes.Take food orders from guests and submit to kitchen for preparation.Properly record all sales transactions and secure accurate payment.Wash glassware as needed.Familiarize and be knowledgeable of current food and beverage offerings, including wine lists and cocktail menu.Provide current information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel and surrounding areas.Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.Job RequirementsWe are looking for a self-motivated Bartender with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. They should be passionate about the guest service experience, but also have an eye for detail.
