Director Of Human Resources

We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, and training; play a key role in strategic planning and business administration; and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players. Experience in the legal industry is preferred. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE Responsibilities: Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports Oversee human resources programs including employee training, benefits, compensation, and company evaluation Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements Qualifications: 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute About Company Looking for a job you'll love?
