YS Aesthetics is looking for a Medical Assistant or LPN to join our clinical team. We’re searching for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about aesthetics and patient care. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with providers and play an important part in both the clinical experience and overall patient journey. Who Are We? Our providers specialize in injectables, lasers, body contouring, and wellness-based treatments. What You’ll Do: Patient Intake & Clinical Support Greet and properly check in patients Ensure consents are completed and up to date prior to treatment Review and update medical history at each visit Assist providers during treatments (injectables, lasers, etc.) Prepare rooms, supplies, and patients for procedures Apply numbing cream and assist with treatment prep Take consistent, high-quality before-and-after photos IV & Wellness Support Assist with IV therapy and wellness treatments Perform phlebotomy and IV catheter placement (if experienced) Monitor patients during treatments when needed Documentation & Workflow Complete accurate and timely charting Document treatments, products, and provider notes Ensure documentation is completed before patient checkout Help maintain smooth clinic flow throughout the day Communicate effectively with providers and front desk Clinic Standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms Follow proper clinical protocols and safety standards Support inventory and back-office organization What We’re Looking For: Minimum 6 months - 1 year of med spa, cosmetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar aesthetic experience strongly preferred Candidates without aesthetic experience must demonstrate strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn quickly Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required if formally trained with real experience Active LPN license accepted Phlebotomy + IV catheter insertion experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and positive Team-oriented mindset - we all support each other Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with injectables, lasers, or body contouring IV therapy or wellness experience Aesthetic product knowledge Social media/content experience Why You’ll Love It Here: We work hard, stay busy, and hold a high standard - but we also support each other, laugh, and genuinely enjoy what we do.
