Make a meaningful impact in a vibrant early learning environment as a contracted Occupational Therapist supporting preschoolers while a team member is on medical leave. Enjoy an assignment from November 2 to December 4, with a well-timed holiday break November 23–27, serving a single building with a cohesive and welcoming staff.

You’ll be working with a manageable caseload of 23 preschool students, providing essential occupational therapy services and contributing to each child’s educational growth and daily success. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m.–3:45 p.m., allowing for work-life balance and rewarding collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Current certification and licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued.
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documentation procedures.
• A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to working with young children.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations for preschool students as required.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in alignment with student IEPs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal guidelines.
• Support students’ daily participation and foster their independence in the classroom.
