TheAccountsReceivableSpecialistisanentry-levelrolesupportingthefinanceandaccountsreceivableteam.Thispositionisresponsibleforinvoicingacrossthecompany'sSanDiego,SouthCarolina,Miami,andNationalmarkets,postingandreconcilingpayments,maintainingaccurateaccountrecords,andprovidingdataentryanddatabasesupporttothefinancedepartment.Itisanexcellentopportunityforarecentcollegegraduatetobuildafoundationinaccountingwithintherestorationindustry.PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES
PrepareandissueaccuratecustomerinvoicesacrosstheSanDiego,SouthCarolina,Miami,andNationalmarkets Postandreconcileincomingpaymentstocustomeraccounts Performaccurate,timelydataentryandprovidedatabase(DB)supporttothefinancedepartment Maintainaccurate,organized,andup-to-dateaccountsreceivablerecordsanddocumentation Monitoraccountsreceivableagingandflagpast-dueaccountstotheCollectionsteamforfollow-up Assistwithreconcilingaccountsandidentifyingbillingdiscrepancies PrepareregularARreportsandagingsummaries Respondtointernalinquiriesregardinginvoicesandpayments CollaboratewiththeCollectionsandjobfileteamstoresolveinvoicingissues Supportmonth-endcloseandroutinefinancialreportingasneeded AssistthefinanceteamwithadditionalprojectsandadministrativetasksasneededPOSITIONREQUIREMENTS
