The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, present appropriate product and service offerings, and follow up to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include conducting in-person and phone consultations, preparing quotes and proposals, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, participating in sales meetings, and providing product and service training to customers or team members when needed. The Sales Specialist will represent EBS professionally, support the development of local market opportunities, and contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes.\nQualifications\n\n\n Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and colleagues.\n Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships.\n Sales skills with a proven ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close opportunities.\n Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding, product education, and coordination of sales activities.\n Ability to work throughout FL with consistent punctuality and professional demeanor.\n Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools and basic proficiency with standard office software.\n Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role; experience in industrial or related sectors is a plus.\n High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.\n
