This organization is a trusted partner in the retail and industrial sectors, delivering excellence from preconstruction through project close-out.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in large box retail and industrial storage facility construction, including interior build-outs. This individual will lead all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires travel to project sites across the United States.Direct HireHours: Must have flexible schedule (Heavy Traveling)Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all field operations from project start through close-outManage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnelDevelop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project ManagerEnsure all work aligns with plans, specifications, and quality standardsEnforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain a safe working environmentConduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sitesPerform daily site walks and maintain detailed reports/documentationCoordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with local authoritiesManage site logistics including deliveries, staging, and organizationIdentify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain scheduleLead subcontractor meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholdersDrive project completion including punch list and final close-outQualifications5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionExperience with large box retail and industrial storage facilities requiredStrong background in interior construction and tenant build-outsWillingness and ability to travel extensivelyProven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedulesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with construction management software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft OfficeJ-18808-Ljbffr TRC Talent Solutions
