Description Electrical Assembler (Systems Integration) Location: Elgin, IL We’re looking for an SI Assembler to build and test large systems in a special part of our manufacturing facility. You’ll work with both a team and independently, handling a mix of hands-on and seated tasks. Shift: 1st Shift, 6:15 AM — 2:30 PM Pay: $18/hr Main Duties Assemble and mount parts on large racks (using tools and ladders up to 9 ft) Install and route cables between racks Build and label cables, seated for this task (about 40 sets a day) Lift up to 50 lbs by yourself (team lift for heavier items) Follow detailed instructions and diagrams Requirements Can lift up to 50 lbs (team help for heavier items) Can work standing, walking, and on ladders Good attention to detail and manual skills Steel-toed shoes required Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus Soldering experience is helpful As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
