Scope of Position Provide daily support to the Operations Manager as well as guidance for maintenance personnel to achieve the company’s strategic plan through proper training and staff development. Responsibilities Provide daily maintenance management and oversight to ensure reliability and efficiency of operations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules. Lead and mentor maintenance staff, including training and performance development. Collaborate with operations to support production goals and reduce downtime. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies and processes.
