Staff Accountant
Our client in the city of Vernon, CA is looking for a Staff Accountant with the following experience:
Account Reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
Will assist in month close
Prepare and post monthly journal entries
Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
Generate financial reports using an integrated system
Perform special projects as needed
Analyze financial results, including comparisons to forecasted results and trended results
Assist with the preparation of other reports provided to management
Assist with year-end financial audit
Assist in compiling statistical and/or financial information for budget preparation
Skills: Accounting, Reconciliation, Accounts receivable, Journal Entry, aging statement, accounts payable, journal entries, trial balance
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vernon, CA.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
