Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a dedicated Cleaner/Janitor/Custodian to join their team. As a Cleaner/Janitor/Custodian, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Cleaner/Janitor/Custodian
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Pay Range: $19
Shift: 4pm - 12:30am (Monday - Friday)
What's the Job?
- Perform daily cleaning of the building, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation
- Dispose of garbage and restock supplies to ensure cleanliness and readiness
- Support internal office moves and relocations, including tearing down and building office cubicles
- Perform general building maintenance tasks such as minor electrical, plumbing, and lighting repairs
- Assist with interior and exterior building clean-up and recycling efforts to maintain efficient operations
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of related cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift between 50 to 100 pounds safely
- Basic knowledge of manual work techniques and industrial equipment
- Good attendance and a positive attitude are essential
