Job Description

Job Summary: Support office administration.

Detailed Description: Office Administration duties: mail retrieval, guest greeting and compliance screening, receiving items from couriers, badge creation, ordering of supplies, coordinating office functions, paying invoices, shipping and receiving, and marketing clerical tasks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in office administration roles
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
