Digital Designer

Mid-Level DesignerEGAMI Group is seeking a proactive Mid-Level Designer who comes with the ability to move seamlessly between creative concepting and execution in supporting the creative development across brand, digital, and social projects. This role is ideal for a designer who is highly organized, takes pride in delivering thoughtful, polished work across every touchpoint, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can balance strong visual design with production execution. This role is a 3-month contract role that comes with up to 100 hours/month.ResponsibilitiesDesign visually compelling presentation decks and client-facing materialsBuild monthly social and digital content within established brand guidelinesSupport digital campaign creative including display ads, paid social, and web assetsAssist with AI-generated mockups and creative concept visualizationPrepare layered production files and resize/adapt assets across formatsEnsure all creative deliverables are polished, accurate, on-brand, and production readyReview work carefully for alignment, formatting consistency, grammar, spacing, and visual accuracyMaintain strong organization of files, versions, and creative assets across projectsCollaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to bring ideas to lifeManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detailQualifications2–4 years of design experience, preferably within an agency environmentBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising or related fieldStrong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation designUnderstanding of digital-first design systems and social content workflowsExperience with HTML5 digital ads is a plusFamiliarity with AI creative tools is a plusHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracyBenefitsFor our staff, we offer competitive benefits, including: wellness programs, 401(k), generous PTO, parental leave, hybrid work options, professional development opportunities, and unique programs like EGAMI BeWell, No Meeting Mondays, Wellness Fridays, and more!
