Learn more about us: Levy Restaurants Job Summary Summary: Responsible for the successful operation of the assigned concession stand and supervision of staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Selling concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events. Handling money transactions and providing correct change. Monitoring cash drawer to ensure sufficient change is available. Taking inventory and maintaining stock levels. Training stand attendants. Ensuring compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations and overseeing accurate timekeeping. Exhibiting professionalism and contributing to the team. Performing other duties as assigned.
