Physical Therapist Location: Hallandale Beach, FL Position: Physical Therapist Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Office Assignment: One office location only Pay: $50–$55 per hour Benefits: Full benefits included + 21 days PTO We are looking for a Physical Therapist in Hallandale Beach, FL for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This position gives you the opportunity to work with patients who need help improving movement, balance, flexibility, strength, and function after injury or surgery. The PT will lead evaluations, develop treatment plans, and help patients make steady progress from visit to visit. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys active rehabilitation and patient-centered goal setting in an outpatient environment. Schedule Options: Four 10-hour days Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Evaluate orthopedic patients and identify functional limitations Develop individualized treatment programs based on patient goals Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and functional movement care Reassess progress and modify care plans when needed Educate patients on home programs and proper movement techniques Document visits, treatment updates, and discharge plans Communicate with clinical staff to maintain quality care Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience required, including clinical outpatient experience for new graduates Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401K plan with company match 21 days PTO Flexible schedule options Grow your outpatient therapy career in Hallandale Beach and help patients return to stronger, more active lives.
