Youth Wellness Advocate & Family Support Specialist

Compass Health Network is seeking a Community Support Specialist – Youth to provide in-home and community-based support to children and families, helping young people build resilience, navigate challenges, and create lasting change. You will deliver strengths-based services, help engage families in treatment, connect with schools and healthcare partners, and coach families in accessing community resources.
