We are seeking experienced Welders with Flux Core MIG and structural welding experience who are looking for a stable career with advancement opportunities. Responsibilities: Perform Flux Core MIG welding on structural steel Read and interpret blueprints and welding drawings Fabricate, fit, and weld bridge components Operate fabrication equipment and overhead cranes Ensure quality and safety standards are met Requirements: Structural steel welding experience Flux Core MIG welding experience Blueprint reading and fabrication skills Ability to pass 3F, 4F, and 3G weld tests Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various welding positions Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
