Position Overview\n

We are seeking a Project Manager to support Medical Affairs initiatives through project planning, operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and governance activities. This role will drive cross-functional projects, manage timelines and budgets, and support strategic program execution.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation activities.
\n
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications.
\n
• Support strategic planning, resource management, and operational initiatives.
\n
• Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and governance materials.
\n
• Support scientific meetings, advisory programs, evidence-generation activities, training initiatives, and related projects.
\n
• Ensure compliance with operational requirements and support process improvement initiatives.
\n

Required Qualifications\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
\n
• Experience managing cross-functional projects within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences environments.
\n
• Strong planning, organizational, budget management, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Experience with project management tools, reporting, and governance processes.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
\n

Preferred Qualifications\n

\n
• Advanced degree or project management certification.
\n
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Medical Operations, or related functions.
\n
• Experience supporting evidence generation, scientific meetings, strategic planning, or launch activities.
\n
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
