Position summary: This position performs mission-critical duties to enable and support Box Office (BO) operations for the Wheeler Opera House (WOH), also known as Aspen Show Tix (AST) at the Wheeler, consistent with the organization's values and mission statement.

Minimum requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Must have experience working in arts venue box office ticketing software, and at least two years' experience in customer service.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Email), and graphics software. Experience with sales management software. Must have a basic understanding of computers and online computer-based technology applications, which includes accessing web-based platforms.
• Licenses & Certifications: Must possess a valid Colorado driver's license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of the start date.

Preferred candidate: Bachelor's degree in a performing arts or business administration related field of study preferred. Experience with systems such as Spektrix, DotDigital, CrowdEngage, Spinetix, WordPress, Zoom, and Asana is a plus.

Position type and work hours:

• Regular full-time, hours and days will vary with workload.
• Holidays will be required dependent on workload and staffing needs.
• Overtime will occasionally be required dependent on workload and staffing needs.

Work environment:

• Indoor: Wheeler Opera House Theater; Office Environment.
• Off-Site/Outdoors: Event management of off-site clients; meetings, trainings, and site visits at a variety of city facilities and areas.
